Overview
Provision of an expert team to restructure London Borough of Haringey’s internal permanent resourcing function. Project included: review of current service; creation and presentation of full service re-design proposal; development of team structures; production of operational and technology standard operating processes; project board savings and outputs; key members of the programme and project management teams.
The Result
Re-design accepted by Council Members, significant savings opportunity benchmarked and large implementation and the roll out of the programme is now underway.
