As such, we understand the Public Sector is constantly under pressure to provide improved front line public services whilst delivering significant savings. This pressure has never been more prevalent than today as we move into an unpredictable and lengthy recovery period following the global pandemic and uncertainty in the market due to Brexit.

A minimum of 22% of total public spending is on it’s workforce and despite the unemployment levels rapidly increasing, we are seeing an even sharper increase in demand for a skilled workforce. With a tough market comes opportunity; we are now entering a new era whereby we are all are living, buying and working very differently and we are learning to adapt to what promises to be a very different world. A predominant barrier in the past has been people’s natural reluctance to change but in the current climate, we are all becoming used to rapid change, particularly with respect to our use and understanding of technology, accelerated by remote working practices. As a result, every individual and organisation is harnessing technology more effectively and we need to continue to adapt and evolve our ways of working in order to succeed.
